| Haiku of Kobayashi Issa | A great site with over 5,000 haiku by one of the all-time greats: Kobayashi Issa. |
| History of Haiku | A bit of history and some haiku by 10 haiku poets, including Basho, Yosa Buson, and Shiki. |
| Keiko Haiku Rules | An informative, essay-style page that discusses the differences between Japanese and English haiku, including the effects of 17 syllables on both languages. A lot of good information in there, and definitely worth the read. |
| Plagiarist.com Poetry Archive | This site has quite a few poems archived by quite a few well-known poets, including Basho and Buson. Its focus is not on haiku, but it's a good resource nonetheless. |
| Haiku for People | A good haiku resource that includes quite a few haiku poems from the "old masters", some modern haiku, some good links, and even some valuable information about writing haiku. |
